Well I gave up on this altogether. Didn't work for me. Can't say it doesn't work, but it didn't work for me.
But I did try this and I lost 5 lbs in 3 days just like they said I would. It's a 3 day detox diet that's pretty easy to follow.
Did it twice now, and feeling great. Really changing what I eat because of it. Check it out. And best of luck. Signing off now...probably forever. Nancy

Day 17
Wooo hooo. Today I'm 131.6. Been doing yoga and pilates every single darn day and eating very well. No beer. A little wine. No potatoes or rice.

Not sure what happened to Day 8. Musta missed it. Anyway, today I'm 134.2. That's all I have to say.

Day 7
Went on a little trip to Dallas, PA to see Ed's Dad and family. Took my pills with me and took as directed every single day. Missed the 30 minutes ahead thing a couple of times, but took it anyway.
Today I weigh 133.6.
Had oatmeal for breakfast, went to Pilates class, and will have tun for lunch. Press on. I think this is gonna work and I plan to buy more after I use up the 45 caps I still have. I'm going to do this for 3 months and see what happens.

Day 3
Today I weigh 134.2. WRONG WAY. GO BACK. I did eat a good bit of pasta last night, but come on! Taking 1 cap 30 minutes before every meal with a full glass of H2O.

Day 2 of my return
Day 2 -- I'm going to take one 400 mg. capsule 30 minutes before each meal with a full glass of water, three times a day and we'll see what happens.
Today I weigh 132.4. We really should use this as a starting weight instead of yesterday's weight. I had a mega eating weekend and I really don't ever weigh that much.
So starting weight is 132.4 lbs. Goal is 125, so only need to lose 7.4 lbs. I CAN DO THIS.
