Day 17

Wooo hooo. Today I'm 131.6. Been doing yoga and pilates every single darn day and eating very well. No beer. A little wine. No potatoes or rice.


Stay tuned. When I get below 130, it will be cause for celebration.

Not sure what happened to Day 8. Musta missed it. Anyway, today I'm 134.2. That's all I have to say.

Day 7

Went on a little trip to Dallas, PA to see Ed's Dad and family. Took my pills with me and took as directed every single day. Missed the 30 minutes ahead thing a couple of times, but took it anyway.

Today I weigh 133.6.

Had oatmeal for breakfast, went to Pilates class, and will have tun for lunch. Press on. I think this is gonna work and I plan to buy more after I use up the 45 caps I still have. I'm going to do this for 3 months and see what happens.
