OK. So I gave up on this whole thing after not losing ANY weight at all last time. I have 3 whole bottles left of my Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract so I decided to try again.
I watched the new Dr. Oz show where he did his own experiment with the stuff, and it looks pretty legit. After the big controversy about it all, he did a special show. He says you have to use the kind with Svetol or GCA and it has to be 45% chlorogenic acid. I called Pure Health and they said this kind is the right kind. So I'm trying again. The only concern I have is the women who participated in both studies were pretty overweight. To be in the new study, they had to have a BMI of 25 - 45 and I'm only 23. Thanks God!
But I'm going to try again anyway.
Dr. Oz's subjects took 400 mg. 3 times per day 30 minutes before each meal. The people at Pure Health said I should take two 400 mg. pills twice a day before my 2 largest meals. But I decided to follow Dr. Oz. Plus doing it his way, I only use 3 pills per day vs. 4 per day.
So here goes. Today I weigh 134.0 at 10:50 am. I had a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. Drank a full glass of water 30 minutes before eating lunch. Haven't had lunch yet. But going to eat well.
GOAL = 125 lbs. I can do this!!!! It's 9 little pounds. NINE! Here I go.
Hey, if it doesn't work, this stuff has other positive effects on the body, like reducing BP, so it won't hurt me and I won't have wasted 3 bottles of pills. Nancy
